Love that sizes (thickness) are adjustable and my carrots can be shredded a decent length. Mouth is feeder is large. Knife is sharp.

This is a great kitchen tool. The ease of using it is great. Don't need to worry about cutting your fingertips. It's good for young children to use . My grandkids enjoy helping when I cook so this is an easy task for them, ages 11,8 & 7.

Taglia benissimo le verdure รจ molto pratica anche per chi ha spazi ridotti in cucina, riduce notevolmente il tempo di preparazione delle verdure ed รจ carinissima in rosa. Bisogna fare attenzione perchรจ รจ molto affilata e per questo consiglio di indossare dei guanti anti taglio . Per inserire il contenitore in plastica per raccogliere le verdure affettate bisogna fare un po' di pressione verso l' interno per agganciarlo bene ma una volta imparato รจ un attimo. Consigliatissima.

Too many adjustments knobs. want simplier. feeder doesn't hold cucumbers vertically well they tip. Too space consuming to store conveniently for my kitchen.

Regularly tighten the screws before each use.Top of the line is a very good mandoline that has a blade that can be sharpened. However, it has screws holding the blade in, and those screws came out in the food. I noticed the screws missing when it came out of the dishwasher, so I threw out the soup and heard the garbage disposal grind the screws and nuts.

Affetta e taglia benissimo qualsiasi verdura, utile la vaschetta di raccolta. Facile da pulire sotto l'acqua. Non fatela cadere perchรฉ รฉ tutta di plastica. La uso ormai da qualche settimana e non ho riscontrato difetti degni di nota. Io preferisco non usare l'imboccatura con lo spingiverdure (piu "safe" ma anche piu macchinoso). Molto piรบ sicura rispetto alle altre concorrenti con la lama in piano. Il prezzo รฉ un po' alto ma ne vale la pena.
