This is my 4th set of this shelf. It is very sturdy. However, this time apparently my ceiling was not perfectly level and it took a lot of sawing drilling and filing to get the shelf level despite the ceiling being 3/4” out of level at one corner.It shipped in two boxes and Amazon shipped me one white frame and one set of darks shelves and brackets. The packaging was far too complex to repack and ship back the dark parts.

Works really well. Everything was high quality and the install system is easy enough that I was able to do everything myself. The allowable margins of error are pretty generous so I was able get the racks up and functioning without too much finagling.

I have over 55 feet of storage racking from this company.Racking is of good quality, easy to assemble, and ships well before the estimated ship date. This is a welcome addition to do it yourselfers as well as Amazon buyers.

Excellent build quality. All the parts were fully painted (no I coated edges or thin spots) and not damaged in shipment which speaks to the company’s packaging.Directions leave a bit to be desired in terms of clarity but if you read and understand them before you start you’ll be fine.Once everything was installed I had no issues hanging my full weight from the brackets. One reviewer mentioned reducing any minor swaying by attaching the main horizontal bracket to the wall using a piece of wood between the shelf and wall. This would completely eliminate any motion but is certainly not necessary. I will do the same on mine just because I’m a bit particular but rest assured the shelf will hold it’s rated weight without it and once it’s loaded up there’s zero motion if all the hardware is fully tightened. An electric ratchet sped up assembly, especially while installing the beefy lag bolts.Overall an excellent shelf that saves you time and space versus building it yourself.

Instructions are a bit weak but there are not that many parts.... Took a fair amount of time to get them put up, figuring out where/how to mount the ceiling attachments to ceiling joists. So far so good though and I they will be great addition to my garage. I would purchase them again and may add more.

Purchased in October for garage storage. Read the reviews, and based on several comments about the quality of the lag bolts/hardware, I purchased lag bolts separately prior to installing. Installation was rather easy...watched one very short video and followed the instructions. It took me an hour and fifteen minutes to hang by myself. The supplied lag bolts were fine. I followed the instructions for drilling the starter holes and used a socket set and not a single lag broke, nor did any of the heads get damaged when tightening. I believe if you follow the instructions and use the proper tools, you will have no issue with hardware or installing.Overall, this rack worked out very well for our garage storage needs. I'm very happy with it.
