- QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING
- 1. Make sure the microphones and receiver have enough power;
- 2. Plug the receiver into a MIC input, not other interfaces;
- 3. Turn off the microphones and receiver, and then turn on to repair
- How to repair: turn off the mics and receiver and turn on again, make sure two mics are at different Channels and Frequencies. Frequency Range: CH A: 903-915MHz for microphone A, and CH B: 916-927MHz for microphone B, when the green light on receiver stops flashing, they are connected successfully.

- How to adjust frequencies to avoid interference if two or more microphones are used at the same time?
- Put the battery into microphone and it turns on automatically.
- Long press the button "Frequency", when "CH B" flashes, immediately press " + "or"—" to switch to "CH A". Press the button "Frequency" to confirm switching, and press button"Frequency" to adjust frequencies.
- Do the same for another microphone, make sure microphone A is at CH A frequency, and microphone B is at CH B frequency. If 3 or more microphones are used at the same time, make sure each microphone at different frequencies to avoid any interference.
- Turn on the receiver (the green light is flashing ), plug in the MIC jack, when receiver connects to the microphones successfully the green light will be always on.

The mic has terrible quality, and the return process has been a complete nightmare. Even when it was first shipped to me, there were problems with the carrier.

These were delayed after being shipped because the actual companies handling the delivery got things confused after the shipment reached the Philippines. Was showing delayed and possibly lost...After finally receiving and trying them out I am so happy they were delivered...Even if late. I have a LG 3650 RMS home entertainment/speaker system (MANY options in the Philippines) that did not come with mics. Sound quality is excellent on the unit so I needed wireless mics that would sound good for Karaoke at our house. These mics sound GREAT...Tones are clear and crisp even at high volumes....Neighbors at the end of the block are going to hear and want to come join the party...Also a Philippines thing....Very Happy with this purchase. Highly recommend to everyone who needs a decent sounding wireless mic set and would not hesitate to purchase these again if needed in the future. Comes with everything you need including the rechargeable batteries and in my opinion can't be beat for the price.

I was worried about buying a microphone off Amazon, but this was one of my most favorite purchases I’ve ever made. The microphone is so well-made and so easy to use. I absolutely love it would definitely be buying another one soon.

Sound quality is good as is ease of use. My only complaint is you must unscrew the bottom of the mic to change the volume of the microphone. The battery life is good sound quality is also good.

I did a lot of reading before settling on this particular set. It seems that most all of these "bargain" priced mics have problems. These came very well packaged and protected, with the charging cords, (you supply the block or power supply which is common these days), an adapter for the plug for the receiver so it will fit whichever size mic input you might have, two silicone rings that identify the mic and also keep it from rolling off a table, instruction booklet, and the two very well made sturdy mics. These pair instantly to the receiver and sound great. I imagine it depends a lot on what speaker you are using and I used an Ecoxgear bluetooth speaker, think it's the 50 watt one. My granddaughter used this for several hours after I did an initial charge and it didn't noticeably drop the battery. Due to other brands having problems with the plug that goes into the mic input on your speaker breaking we are just making sure we are careful in the way we handle it and insert and remove it from the speaker just in case. It all seems very well made though. Very happy with this set and will order again if I need more sets.

I have bought two so far they only last for a couple months before the receiver that plugs into the amplifier brakes. That picture is of my first one. I don’t want to take the second one out of the amplifier because it might fall apart. As it is, I have to prop it with things just to connect and work properly. I even left the second one in the amplifier and a barrier around it so that nobody could bump into it and it’s still has come loose. And there’s no way to tighten them. They only last a couple months other than that when they do work, they’re great .

Im a mobile DJ/KJ and we host many karaoke parties at home so my mics get lots and lots of use. My biggest frustration was simply burning through batteries with my current wireless mics. These mics had lots of great reviews at a great price so I figure I give them a shot. I was quite disappointed upon unpacking them because they felt very fragile.I felt I needed to be very careful just installing the batteries. The ease of use and sound quality was very good but one drop would be the end of these mics. My mics get passed around a lot at my parties and gigs and I dont want to have to worry so much. Another thing to consider is they are constructed of thin walled ABS plastic so they pickup all the handling noises. So its vital that you handle them very gently or you'll hear everything through your speakers. So I will be returning them and looking for rechargeable pro audio class mics. These would be just fine for the at home karaoke use, just don't drop them.
