This is exactly what I needed. It works great and keeps the walkie charged up all the time. We bought these walkies in a set of six and they came with a charger, but you have to charge them all together. So this allowed me to separate the walkies and charge them in different rooms and buildings.

After one of my power adapters that came with my radio broke, I contacted Samcom on their FB page regarding it. They were quick to reply and gave me a code to order this to replace the defective base.This has worked very well since.
