I work from home most of the time. Sitting on the couch was making my back a little sore. I bought this not expecting much but I strapped it to a pillow and sit up against this and all my aches went away!Lastly, this keeps my back nice and cool.

I bought this as I'm always having backpack when working and after long drives.I have found it has perfectly addressed the issue. Is comfortable and no more back pain.

This cushion feels great. Once it's in the right position it seems to be very comfortable and provides the lumbar support advertised. Unfortunately I am returning it for two reasons:1. It is not, as far as I can tell, cooling in any way. On the contrary, my back is sweaty after a couple of hours of using it.2. The elastic straps, while they seem very well made, are so elastic that it does not really seem possible to have the cushion secured on the chair to the point that the cushion doesn't move when your body moves.

It's okay. Could in the cold months and in the summer doesn't really have a cooling affect in warmer temps anyways. I should have got the regular one.

I got this for my bf, he recently got his CDL and is on the rode for about 12+Hrs a day now. He complained about back pain a lot. Out of all the ones I looked I’m at I’m very happy I picked this one for him. He says his back feels rested and he can drive completely comfortable with it. And you can take the COVER OFF to WASH IT‼️ So no smelly back rest/covers.

This thing is super comfortable, I bought it to put in my computer chair, but it kinda pushes me too far forward. That’s not the products fault, that’s me misunderstanding my own need. I have found other uses for it and I absolutely love it.

I ordered this right before I found out I had a vertebral fracture. I needed extra support as well as something to help my posture. This has helped so much! May need a second one for the car. Love that it’s cooling too. You definitely feel it.

The plush covering, cooling gel, and Samsonite name got me interested. I waited a month for Prime Day, and it didn't go on sale. A history check showed me it's *never* gone on sale. So I bought it at full price, and despite being a Prime member used to 1-2 days delivery, I had to wait a WEEK for it to arrive, which was ridiculous. I knew instantly it was not going to work: hard as a rock, with too much lumbar support, and too small in height. It pushed me so far forward in my chair that I felt uncomfortable, and it CAUSED back pain rather than relieving it. I immediately packed it back up and sent it back, same day. I ordered a different one from another manufacturer that's $10 cheaper and it works wonderfully. It does everything this one is supposed to do, but doesn't. A huge fail.

I have VERY BAD back pain, disk problems, sciatica, etc. This lumbar pillow is the best back support i have found. I tried several others and they were all horrible... (Well one was vacuum sealed in a bag, and I was afraid if I opened it and didn't like it they wouldn't take it back. So I just returned it.) I use it while I work (from home these days) and on the couch. I just ordered a second one so i dont have to keep schlepping it back and forth. It's pretty heavy but works great! I guessyou can always trust Samsonite for quality products. 😊

This thing has a critical flaw... It only has one (elastic) strap holding it in place. As a result, it flops all over the place, and never stays fixed in one position. You have to constantly readjust it as you're sitting. It's comfy and mostly effective when it's in place, but good luck getting that to happen...
