If you get micro rust dots and want to get rid of them the easy way, this is your solution. Even significantly reduced larger rust stains.

This product is excellent at removing surface level rust on tools in my workshop. The Extra Fine version leaves behind an almost polished look.

This is a nice thing for removing light rust or other surface blemishes on steel tools. Thought it would leave marks, but it left a nice sheen on a combination square that had accumulated 60 years of light rust and other blemishesx some of which were very old smears of glue and a little resin from wood. Really an eraser impregnated with fine grit.

My Dad had a hammer, 2 kinds of screw drivers and maybe a saw. I did not grow up knowing about tools or fixing things.I am, however, an avid and lifelong gardener and usually treat my tools like night soil. They are a mess. I will go buy new Felcos instead of fixing the ones I have.I saw this mentioned on Cool Tools and being as I am in the middle of putting the garden to sleep for the winter I thought, damn, ought to at least give it a try, see if I can clean the rust off all my myriad gardening implements.I got the FINE but I think I will get the medium as well. This stuff is GREAT! I have already cleaned one pair of shears and I can see myself watching whatever shows Prime throws at me this winter and polishing up my neglected tools as I watch.

I purchased the 3 pack. So I'll be reviewing all three at once. I had a scratch on one of my beloved Spyderco pocket knives. I wanted a way to remove it easily. I did some research online and came across these. They are a dream come true. They are some of the most useful things I've ever purchased. They remove rust, they remove scratches, and they can even be used to clean odd things like rubber. These are an alternative to using other products like, sandpaper, emery cloth, steel wool, polishes, compounds, pastes, files, brushes, scrappers, and buffers. With these you can toss all of those in the trash. You'll achieve better results with these hand blocks. When you use the coarse you'll leave your metal with a satin finish. Or if you just use the fine you'll leave only a shine. I've used these on every knife I own with a satin finish (over 30 all together) and some I gave a satin finish that did not have one before. They all look gorgeous and they all have that fine mirror shine to them. All without me using any polish on them. These blocks will last me a lifetime. I've used them allot already and they're barely showing any signs of wear. Well worth every cent, and then some. If you need to remove rust or scratches from your steel. Look no further. These are the hand blocks you're looking for.
