Thery’re not very accurate but I’m not using them for launching rockets or anything. My toddler loves the colors and they really help to anchor time and us moving on to another activity. Occasionally some grains get stuck at the very end but in general they’re great.

My kids throw these more often than they should, but they are all still in excellent condition. And a good size. The kids love to use the timers for taking turns, so very easy for them to work and they know the time by the different colours.

I use these with my preschool kids. I also just gave a set to my 3 yr old grandson to use as a visual aid to help him know when he needs to change direction with what he is doing, onto something else- especially something he is less likely to want to do.

These sand timers are nice and sturdy. They don't tip over easily. They are only about 20 seconds off on their timing, which is pretty good for a sand timer. I use them to time some of my students that get breaks in their work, so good for my purpose. They provide a good visual.

These are colorful and stackable. My 18 mo. old grandson loves stacking them and then knocking them down. He was fascinated by the sand running through them. They fairly sturdy but I think if they're banged too hard they could crack or break which is why I only gave 4 stars.

We're working on teaching our toddler a visual representation of what time is. These are so great! They are the perfect size for little hands because they're actually quite big. He's able to easily identify which timer is which by the little sticker on one end, and is starting to understand the color association with the time. We use this to great effect when transitioning from bath time to bedtime, or setting a timer for five more minutes of reading before bed. I absolutely recommend these. I have not had these submerged in water, however, my husband has used one in the shower and it is still holding up well. So there is some level of water resistance. Overall super cute, and for the durability a good value.

Love these timers! Great colors, size and time selection. I think they really help young children have a "visual" of time - rather than the phone timer. I use them to help our granddaughter know when "time is up" for an activity. The are great for helping little ones transition from one task to the next. - Kind of a "two minute warning" effect

These are cute and work perfectly. I was looking for big chunky sand timers and these are a little smaller than I planned. I haven't checked the time accuracy but it seems pretty accurate.
