Quality product made in the USA. Came assembled, but 1 bent wheel made it really wobbly. Replacement wheel being shipped, but did not arrive on requested date.

After waiting for the book cart, it arrived damaged. The wheel was bent and the cart tipped easily. All four sides were buckled and bent. I was informed that I must return the item, so I was required to repackage the very heavy book cart and have UPS come back to get it. I can not recommend this product.

What a delight to find it all put together when it arrived!! The purpose for the book cart is that our Bereaved Parents Support Group needed a way to display, keep, and transport our increasing supply of books and materials. We were keeping all the items in a suitcase and loading and unloading it every month; this is so much better! It is very sturdy! Would purchase another if needed.

Item arrived with several dents. Picture shows buff color so I didn't realize I ordered Pom Pom pink. I'll keep it only because the box was pretty torn up when it arrived and it wasn't saved and I don't have time for returns!! Otherwise product is quite sturdy and serving the purpose well in our office.

LOVE this rolling cart! Combined with laptops and a mobile filing cabinet, all of our office supplies have stayed organized as we got rid of our "computer room" and desks. This cart is very sturdy and can easily roll around, despite all the books I could ever possibly stack on it. Two issues - it arrived with a few tiny dents in both sides (barely noticeable) and there was a sharp metal bur that cut my finger on the underside of the handle. I used a metal file to wear it down and matching fingernail polish to cover it up. Easy fix!

Exceeded my expectations. More sturdy than I expected. Very easy to assemble though one does need a rubber mallet or block of wood to tap the casters into place. This is a good point because the casters stay in place even if I lift the wheels off the floor.I plan to get a second cart in the near future.
