This Santa cross stitch kit includes pre-sorted thread, Mill Hill beads, fourteen count perforated paper, embroidery needle, chart and instructions.
Everything you'll need to cross stitch this traditional santa holding a red cardinal 3" wide and 5" tall. The beads are used to accent Santa's hat and robe, and the red cardinal.

It took me over an hour to separate, sort, and figure out which colors correspond with numbers. When I started, I thought I was missing three colors, upon further inspection there are multiple colors that are so similar that you can barely tell they are not the same. I had to search for a DMC floss color chart and spent some time figuring out which color was which. It would be much easier if a color chart (not just names and numbers) was included and if colors were separated and labeled. The design is beautiful, but this was unexpected extra step. (The floss spools in my photo are not provided, I wound them and labeled with my own supplies.) Design is beautiful and I am currently working on it. I need to figure out a way to back this so I can make it into an ornament.

Beautiful piece but the floss is not separated by color. It took forever to figure out the slight differences in color. If all Jim Shore kits are like this I will not buy another. I would rather have to provide my own floss instead of deal with this mess.
