This was a gift for granddaughter upon graduation from high school. As she goes off to college, her career intent is Nursing. So this Nurse Nutcracker is to remind her of her ultimate goal, she was very pleased with this gift.

Please don’t order this thinking you’re getting a brunette nurse. It will arrive bleach blonde with bright blue eyes. Which was not what I needed. So I took a Metallic Bronze Sharpie and, strand by strand, colored her hair to make it the color of the hair in the picture. Then I took a brown sharpie to her corneas for the eyes. If you get sharpie somewhere you didn’t intend to on the face, just take a Clorox wipe or some rubbing alcohol to it and it’ll come right off! It does make the hair a weird texture, but I just put it in a ponytail as that is how most nurses wear it anyway. My mom, who the gift was for, was pleased with her *customized* nursery nutcracker. This is an excellent quality nurse nutcracker, however… the Amazon image of the nutcracker had brown hair and the nutcracker I received had blonde hair. I was able to color the hair brown with a Sharpee market

False advertising. I needed a brunette which was shown on line. Very disappointed when I opened the box. It was blond. Also cheaply made. The nutcracker was in the nurse’s throat, not the mouth like the other nutcrackers she has. For $40.00 it was an expensive joke, everybody laughed at it.
