Late arrival. Difficulty getting the VCR to work. Took many trials and errors. Needed another cable which I happen to have. NO DIRECTIONS for set up. DVD worked fine. REMOTE CONTROL DOES NOT WORK. (It is not the battery)

The product was clean, looks new, well protected packaging so there was no issues with shipping & came with extra accessories! Happy to be able to watch our VHS tapes again!
