We installed the heater on the back of our dish. Took 10 mins. Every time it would snow or had a freezing rain we would lose our service. We had a 7” snowstorm and sleet and ice freezing and the tv continued to work flawlessly. I highly recommend this for anyone with dish tv service.

I live in the High Sierra Nevada Mountains with lots of Snow . Satellite Dish heater works great — EXCEPT it only lasted for 4 Months ! As a senior on a fixed income cannot afford to replace it after only a very few months !

Easy to follow instructions. Absolutely awesome. We don't have to worry about our inlaws trying to climb a ladder in the middle of winter to knock the snow off the dish

Love it! Keeps the snow melted off our satellite dish. Snowed 16” and never lost a signal due to snow accumulation.

We just moved to the mountains and this year had an abundance of snow. So much snow you didnt want to go outside to BRUSH OFF the satelite dish. With this on we no longer have to deal with it. Great investment.

This was such a good purchase. Every snow, we would have to go out and use a broom to get the snow off satellite. Now, my husband plugs it in, and after it warms up, snow starts melting, and picture comes back. Nice that we don’t have to go outside anymore

Just finished several weeks of snowy weather. I have two dishes on my roof - television and internet.During the storms the internet dish that did not have the heater completely stopped working while the TV dish with the heater installed didn't even hiccup. The heater worked perfectly and I've ordered another for the internet dish.Installation is fairly easy other than you need to get up on the roof and run a power cord. Definitely worth the effort.
