This is a decent stuffer. Happy with it for this price range. Forces meet into the casing in a way similar to using a manual bike pump (well the downward action of the bike pump, anyway). It can be a little work, depending on the diameter of the sausage as well as the filling. I would get this for family use (labor of love) as opposed to meeting higher production needs, such as making tons of this like for an example in a restaurant setting. It’s plastic, which can have it’s own challenges, but for this price range, I think it’s a pretty good product.

Made some polish sausages with this and it worked out great. I think the plastic may not last as long as I would like but for the price this is perfect. This is not for giant orders of sausage but perfect for families. We made some good ones with this this weekend
