The wel nuts did not hold the paddle clip you could pull it write out. I would not recommend this product. I now have two holes in my kayak that I will need to fix.

used these to be able to get my paddles off the floor in my truck. they didn't attach perfectly to my molle panel (holes wouldn't line up perfectly), but they worked well enough that I don't have to worry about damaging my paddles anymore during transport and they were inexpensive, so I'm happy with em.

The clips hold the paddles very securely. However the well nuts tore into pieces when attempting to remove the paddles.So I purchased PLASTIC wall anchors (see pictures, they won't rust), and tapped them since the screw that came with the clips were stainless and countersunk and the screw that come with the anchors are not. You will need a M5x.08 tap.I also cut off the rubber from the cheap ass well nuts and used that as a rubber washer.

I got these to put on a new, really bare bones kayak. It doesn’t have many accessories, probably one of the reasons it’s so inexpensive.However, I’ve been adding little odds and ends to makebb cb it a bit nicer.These paddle clamps are great. They securely hold the paddle on the boat when not in use. They feel very sturdy, and we’re easy to install.I like that the package came with multiples. It gives you the option of installing more than one, or keeping extras just in case one breaks.Overall, I think it’s a great product.

The clips work very well. Hold our paddles securly. The rubber mounted nuts provided were worthless for me. When tightened enough to keep the clips from wobbling, the rubber separated from the nuts. I replaced the hardware with stainless machine screws and large washers. I like the clips. I don't like the hardware.

Seem to due the job for the paddles. Just make sure when drilling the hole you want the hole a little smaller for a snug fit.

Had first purchased one clip for my son's 6' kids Lifetime kayak for not much less that this pack of FOUR!Was worried about the quality but when I got them they were pretty much the same exact product. Installation went the same and a test fitting of the standard Lifetime paddles was a success. Haven't put them through too much yet but if they don't hold up I'll try to update the review. As of right now I can recommend them!

Excellent quality and fit. Fits the standard paddle size from big box retailers. I attach TWO on each kayak; one for my paddle and one for my fishing rod to slip into.Very easy install. I suggest installing to the immediate left and right of paddler, running lengthwise with the boat. If you out your paddle mount perpendicular to the boat, tipping may rip your paddle off, as well as it'll always be in the way.
