Just used my new little floor and carpet cleaner. Don't be surprised bc it's so lightweight and simple to use - did a great job on: kitchen vinyl tile floor, living room wood floor and even the carpet runner our doggie Ocho likes so much! Only gave 4 stars bc I want to see if it lasts with frequent use by my 6'-4" big strong "bull in a chins shop" son:-) Love the sturdy washable pads too.

The steam mop I got looks very good. Compared to my old steam mop, this one was heated up much faster. I don't need to wait for several minutes to start cleaning, which is much convenient. Additional, it can easily reach every corners of my rooms because of the long cord. After moping, the floor looks very clean without much water trace, which works great for my wood floor. Overall, this product works very well for cleaning my wood floor.

I bought this mainly for its sleek design and it seemed light weight enough. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked this morning as I put it to first time use. I mopped the whole house (2000 square feet) within just 20 minutes, and with such ease. It is so light weight and easy to maneuver around all the corner spaces. It distributes just enough amount of steam evenly throughout the entire time, and I didn't have to add water midway because the water tank is big enough. And it is so easy to store and doesn't take much space at all. If I have to say one critique it might be that there was no review of it so I was a little hesitant so here I am with a review that will be hopefully helpful.
