I have an Exo R320 in size large, but the cheek pads are way too tight. I read I could buy XL check pads (these ones). And they would snap in. And they did, they fit perfectly and I'm not biting my checks when I talk any more. I'm excited to wear the helmet again!

Got this and unfortunately I needed to size down, not up. Fit perfectly in my helmet and was great! It was on my end that I got the wrong size.

Put the 3xl cheek pads in a XL helmet. The thinner 3XL cheek pads are thinner putting less pressure on my face and cheeks making the helmet more comfortable to wear.

Switching from small to medium cheekpads gave me just that little bit extra room so I can move my lips. =))
