Leaving four stars for the next month, if it holds up fine I'll put it up to five. Installation went good, this will definitively fit the Latitude 5420. Everything was compatible, I recommend being careful with the rubber bezels that go over the laptop screen, they seem fragile as I accidentally snapped it on one end (though cosmetic). There are videos online that say to take the wifi card out, you don't have to do that, just disconnect the white and black wire. Screen seems to be fairly high quality, no problem during shipping, also seems brighter than the last screen which I've seen a few other costumers report.
