I purchased this as a replacement for a broken display on my HP 15 inch laptop. Even though the part numbers and screen resolution matched my broken display, the touchscreen function did not work. I informed Amazon and they sent me a replacement display which had the same issue. I eventually had to purchase a display from another vendor and returned this product.The return process seemed easy at first through Amazon Prime but I had to wait for 8+ days for my refund to be issued

I've never worked on a computer or any electronic. This was super easy!My son's laptop did NOT leave the tape exposed, so I had to literally pry it apart.His new laptop (that he had already managed to break) is no longer perfect, but the screen is! I'd buy again!And I made sure to leave the tape exposed underneath the bezel, just in case ;)

I cracked my screen and was able to order and fix my laptop using this within 5 days. Very easy to install with a simple YouTube video; all of the tools needed come with the screen! Somebody call BestBuy, because these screens are taking them out of business!!
