Purchased to replace screen on HP Chromebook 14a-na1083cl. This kit includes everything you need EXCEPT double sided tape to put bezel back on. Make sure to order double sided 2mm tape along with this kit and you’re good to go.

I don't know if it came like this or if it's how I put it on, but on the screen, it lines up with the power cord inside making weird color lines. it still works fine though. 9/10

It is so much better than the original screen that came with my HP Chromebook. The screen wasn't the exact replacement part for my model but it worked perfectly for my 14 inch.The screen is much brighter and feels way more sturdy than the original. They also gave us an extended manufacturer lifetime warranty (not that I think we will need it, but hey, that means they stand behind the product).

My daughter broke the screen on her HP Chromebook 14a-na1083cl earlier in the year. I didn’t have time to deal with it and had gotten a few quotes —nearly the cost of the computer itself and said no thanks. September I finally ended up on Amazon looking for a replacement and stumbled here. Many people who didn’t have previous experience were doing it themselves so I figured why not. Today I finally got all the parts down and sis the swap, I was a little nervous. But upon powering the computer up the screen looks and functions perfectly! I’m proud of myself and thankful for all the reviews. I do wish I had put a little more double sided tape on the bottom bezel but that’s just a nitpicky thing. Screen so far is amazing and fixing it myself for less than $70 was great for the pocketbook!

My daughter broke my chromebook screen. I have zero tech experience and was afraid to attempt to replace it but the computer is only about a year old. I decided to try it. It could not have gone better. The product comes with all the tools you need (plus a few extra that will come in handy in the future) and YouTube has a billion peopleDemonstrating how to replace the screen. It could not have gone better. I am SO pleased with the whole experience! And my chromebook is as good as new!

Arrived ahead of schedule and was super easy to swap out. Only two snags: first, most of the video instructions are for models with screws, this one uses adhesive. Look for the UberGeeks video for relevant instructions. Second, it’s a good thing I had some good double sided tape on hand, otherwise it would have been an emergency trip to the craft store! Make sure you have some on hand (and get the good stuff with removable backing, not the stuff that sticks to your fingers as you try to apply it). I hope I never break another screen but if I do I will come here.
