I can’t say that’s I don’t like this product at all. It came with all the tools needed to change laptop screen and it fit perfectly on my Lenovo laptop and I definitely would purchase again . Laptop screen is like new.

Not the first screen I've changed, but this one came with all the damn tools to do it and that's pretty cool. No digging for that microscopic screwdriver and whatever else.Anyways, not much else to say. It's a new direct replacement screen. It works. If you've done this before it's no different than any others. If you haven't, take your time, pay attention to the screws they won't be all the same and don't force anything...too much lol. It's not hard, took me 30 minutes.

My husband dropped a frying pan on our laptop and broke the screen. I was relieved when I found a new replacement for a reasonable price. That the screen was very easy to replace and the new screen came with tools was a big plus. Only one problem. I have a permanent image on the screen. (See the picture) An inventory control number or product code was printed on the front of the screen instead of the back. The ink is apparently not removable. I have even tried alcohol. My husband and grandson are happy to have the computer back but I find the permanent stamp annoying. I would not have accepted this if I sent it out to get fixed.
