Purchased a screen on June 3 and had it shipped. Arrived and began install. Powered up after plugged in and screen placed and everything worked (screen beautiful and touchscreen worked). Great. Wait.... noticed it was not properly placed in the grooves. My mistake. Went to remove it to reposition and I broke the screen. 100% my issue. Ordered a 2nd screen, a repeat order exactly the same version. Received. Installed. Tested. Screen beautiful but NO touchscreen. Did all 9 steps of their troubleshooting and did not resolve. Contacted customer service. They asked for model of original screen. Said, sorry, threw it away already, but the first one i purchased worked great, just this one does not. They sent another email wanting model of screen removed originally (label on back of screen). I said it was gone and cannot be received, but give me guidance of what to do. They ghosted. Not a reply in several days. They chose to ignore in hopes I would go away. Device is in use with the great screen but the touch function is gone. If I didn't want touch I could have spent less elsewhere. Just beware the quality is in question, and customer service is lacking.

The screen arrived in perfect condition. It is easy to install and is working perfectly.

Screen works, easy to install. Just watch a video on install and it's pretty easy. Tools included are all useful.
