Screen was a breeze to install and looks absolutely beautiful in comparison to the 1366x768 TN LED Stock display the laptop came with. Full disclosure I am an IT Systems Administrator by day and this type of work is common in my day-to-day; so your ease of installation may vary.Disable or remove battery from laptop. Carefully pop off the bezel. Pull the adhesive strips from the left, right, and center of the display. Carefully lean the screen forward and disconnect the 30pin cable. Remove display from laptop. Place new screen in place (dry fit to confirm sizing). Lay down against keyboard. Attach 30pin cable to new monitor. Again, lift and dry fit into place. Power laptop on and confirm display works. Shut laptop down. Lay display flat against keyboard again. Apply provided adhesive to left and right sides of the back of the display. Lift in place and lightly push against the left and right side of the screens to secure the adhesive to the lid. Remove protective plastic from screen. Reapply bezel. Power on and be amazed.Truly the screen is beautiful. Thanks!

The screen is perfect for just a general purpose upgrade. Do note that it is highly recommend when replacing and installing the new screen to make sure the pressure is even across it to avoid warping.
