Not as high-quality as I would like. The connections from the clips to the lanyard do not look strong enough to hold much weight so if you drop some thing like your camera in a current this may not hold it.

Very nice lanyard. The clips feel strong and feel like they will withstand some use/abuse. All of the hardware and stitching looks very solid. The coil is just about the right length for me - I've got pretty long arms and even with a camera attached, I can still fully extend my arm - I'm just about at the maximum length of coil, but that's perfect. The clip feels very sturdy and like it will last a long time as well.My only minor complaint is that the clip will be slightly hard to operate with diving gloves on. It's not enough of a complaint to knock off a star though. Nice enough, in my opinion, that I've bought 2.

I use this for a very large dive slate - about 9 by 14 inches. Beach and rocky entries and exits can be hard on gear, but this lanyard seems more than strong enough to keep the slate safe. My one complaint is that this thing is about 10 inches long in the closed position. It would be much better at half the length to keep things close and streamlined until I need them.

It's pretty good so far. I haven't used it much but the split snap connectors on each end are sturdier than they look. They are also spring loaded and so stay closed. I might upgrade this to 5 stars after a little more use. I use it for my underwater camera rig.

I purchased this as a back-up tether for my GoPRO, which I use with the head-strap that comes with it. The head-strap works great, but has a tendency to float off occasionally and I also wanted something to keep the camera attached to me when I am hand-holding it.The coil works great for both purposes. I clip one end to my BC and the other end to the wrist-strap of my GoPRO. Cable is plenty long enough to stay out of the while the camera is mounted on my head and also allows freedom of movement for hand-holding.All in all it was the perfect solution I was looking for!
