Tips for using the Sculpey Tools Oven safe silicone Bezel mold - - Oven bake clay - roll clay into a ball, press into mold, trim off excess using a clay blade. Make sure clay is flush with the top of the mold. - If air bubbles develop under the clay, gently pop them using a clay blade. - Liquid Sculpey - Preheat the mold in oven for 15 minutes at 275 F. Fill the mold shapes with Liquid Sculpey. Tap the mold on the table to release any air bubbles. Pop the air bubbles using a needle tool or toothpick. Maximum Creativity - H20- The oven safe silicone bezel mold has 3 shapes - Circle, Triangle, and Tear drop. These are popular shapes for jewelry making. - Three sizes of the shapes allow for unique jewelry designs sizes include - .75", 1", and 1.25". These sizes correspond with the sizes in the Sculpey Tools Cabochon mold. - Once your bezels are made you can fill them with any materials you want - oven bake clay, Liquid Sculpey and even resin for unique looks.

First, it works fine- no issues with quality. I don’t like them because the mold is too deep and angled weird. It comes out much thicker and bulkier than I wanted- its just to make my earrings have a more finished look, but they are so thick and slanted in a way that stands out more than the item glued to it.Not sure if that makes sense, but basically I wanted something that was more delicate looking and just “supported” the artwork. It’s not supposed to stand out MORE than the art/item it’s supporting.

Bought x2 on first order. I make my own bezels with clay and with both UV and regular resin for jewelry making (because it isn’t see through, UV takes slow building up so be forewarned!). It is perfect for my use, though I would like to see a clear silicone version become available for UV resin. Even still, when this wears out as silicone molds will do, I will buy 2 more to replace them. 5 star recommendation.

Been working with polymer clay for about 4 years and always thought of molds as “cheating”. No more! I love these, they are well made and very easy to remove from even before cooking. I love how smooth and clean the pieces are-little sanding needed! Now when I make a large cane I really like I can make multiple pieces I know will sell faster and make more because it takes 1/2 the time to mold.

The bezels are a little thick, but they work nice for making key chains. Haven't had any issues releasing the shape from the mold. A good tip is to wait for about 10 minutes before popping it out.

Ottimo stampo per la creazione di gioielli in pasta polimerica.. fantastico alleato per forme regolari e pulite. lo consiglio per chi ama sperimentare tecniche con le paste,non appiccica,puo' essere usato liberamente anche senza inserire prodotti per aiutare la pasta ad uscire dallo stampo,esce naturalmente grazie anche alla sua elasticità. prodotto ottimo davvero soprattutto se acquistato con lo stampo gemello. lo consiglio.
