This was not manufactured with adequate quality. The one bit I needed right away had an off-center hole drilled and as such, was not able to be used at all for the application.

Están mal centradas, funcionan, pero dejan mucho que desear, desearía que tuvieran mal calidad, es todo lo que tengo que decir

Got this set to open up my cartridge games and video game systems and for that it works great. Not sure if these would stand up against heavy duty work, but for my purpose they are great. When the manufacturer uses weird screws, you need a weird screw driver to remove them. I needed one of the small star bits with the hole in the center. To be sure the size I needed was in the set, I checked the size first with a standard star bit (which I have). Sure enough the size I needed was in this set. There are plenty of other weird screws in the world which someday this driver set will attack. The set is well made (from a reputable company) and should last me forever.Overall a good product that works as you would expect it to work. The better construction and low price are definitely a bonus. I purchased this item at low or no cost in exchange for an unbiased, honest review. I was not compensated for giving a positive review. Therefore, please understand that these comments are an accurate reflection of my opinions.

I purchased this set primarily for the T10 security bit for some work on some dead 19.2 Craftsman battery's. This set was inexpensive so I took a shot. I haven't had a need for the other bits yet but will in near future. The T10, although the hole appeared off center, I did use and it worked ok on the first 5 screws I removed but appeared to slip and not bite on the next 5 screws to the point of failure and striping out the bit head and the screws. I managed to get 3 out with some down force but the screws were not usable again. the last 2 were so bad I had to drill them out and use an easy out to remove them. So I will use the rest of this set with reservation and care but expect similar results. These bits just aren't well machined and hardened sufficiently. You can see obvious off centered holes and rounded features on transitions were it should bite hard on the fastener especially the small ones. I would not buy again or recommend for those who wish to use the more than once or twice.

In all seriosness, after reading all the negative comments I sort of convinced myself that even though these bits seemed like the tools I needed their quality (or spoken there of) was below acceptable, but then I became skeptical when I did gave a chance to the positive reviews and after reading some of those as well I figured I wasn't really throwing my money away if I ordered these, because let's be honest there are a handful of people who mistake what they look for and when they mistakenly order something that doesn't meets their expectations or simply wasn't what they thought it would be, so it seems a lot easier to bash the product rather than returning it and pay for S&H* if any*.Now I honestly just needed access to my NID or (Network Interface Device) box outside my home, for the simple reason that I activated my phone line but ATT did not tagged my unit number for whatever reason, I needed them to come and tag my unit so that I'd know where to connect my phone line to, but the box was locked with a weird star shaped screw that had a piece of metal in the middle? thus preventing me from even attempting to use my phillips screw drivers so was I confused with this unusual shaped screw? yes I was.But then I found out through google that's just called a "Tamper-resistant" screw which made sense of why none of my sets would fit into the screw. So after seeing the pictures of this product I knew I had a winner, and the product arrived today, the quality is the same as most standard screws our there so I have no idea how some people claim it broke right away? I mean what the heck were they using it for in the first place? I don't know, all I know I took out the bit I needed from the set, and it worked just like I expected.P.S some people do try to open their iPhone, PS3 system, and other MP3 devices with these, let me assure you THESE ARE NOT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR if that's the case. You need to look for "Precision" Security bit sets. Thanks and I hope that this review helps anyone who like me at the time was/were/is skeptical to order these, they really are worth their already ridiculously low price.Always buy from 'Sold by Amazon' products.

Whenever something breaks around my house, I tend to fix it myself. If that sounds like you, then this set of security bits may be necessary. Many household appliances and electronics from the last 10-15 years have been using proprietary screws to necessitate repair service calls. In my case, I've already used these to successfully fix on a Maytag dishwasher, Amana range, and Samsung DVD player. The bits will work with any Jacobs Chuck (cordless or corded drills) and are the standard "short" size -- about half inch or 15mm long. Even after aggressively tightening with a few of the weaker tips (the 2-pin) they did not deform or wear down. To top things off, the included extension sleeve will magnetically attract screws and nuts. These are a necessity for any Do-It-Yourself'er.My only complaint is the red storage case; it is made of a harder silicone that requires a press fit to each bit. Getting any bit out requires nimble and strong fingers or a pliers on hand. I would recommend throwing these into a fishing lure box and chucking the holster all together.**Overall**Pros:-Great assortment of security bits-Strong tips that resist bending-Included magnetic extender picks up screwsCons:-Red silicone holster is impossible to remove from bits-Check the other reviews, these do not work on everything (e.g. Nintendo Wii)

I can't think of anything to say. The rubber case is kind of cheap, but mostly there to keep your bits in one place. The bits themselves seem fine, and are sturdy. The triangle bit won't work as is on Nintendo products, but with a little filing and careful use they function. the rest of the bit set is good except for the torx drive bits (hex shaped with hole in middle) which are mostly drilled off center. I have yet to use them so I can't say they wont work, but they look like they could be a problem.
