The Delta Plate has raised edges to keep your food on the plate and off the ground. The base features our patented Protex hex pattern, which reduces weight and disperses the surface temperature so it can be held comfortably with hot foods inside.
Washable
Any Sea To Summit Delta series dish is easily washable while camping, but it is also dishwasher safe. So you can use them at home as well.
BPA Free
These products are all Bisphenol-a (BPA) free, which means you can have peace of mind while eating and drinking from these products. BPA free means that they have less impact on the environment!
Protex Base
This hexagonal pattern on the base of all our original Delta series dinnerware helps to disperse heat comfortably so you can hold onto your bowl, plate, or mug no matter how hot its contents are

I have all the Sea to Summit cutlery and have found this plate easy to pack. I have used it several times and there are no usage marks on it. I highly recommend this plate.

Very nice plate... I did take one star off because 1. While it does fit well enough with the xpot and xpan, it's not a very good fit. I did take a risk trying this as they do not claim/say anywhere that they do fit together, but I didn't like the idea of a silicone sided plate due to flavor absorption. Happy they fit well enough... Would have been better if it had a better fit... And 2. I wish the grip handle was universally ergonomic for us lefties. The ridge cuts into your thumb just a bit when holding a food heavy plate with your right hand.Still a good plate overall and I am happy with my purchase, just some design aspects that would have made it 100% for me.

I bought this for two main reasons. For camping and because well.. let's just say I have the worst roommate who takes the dishes and leaves them in their room and never cleans them. This was the perfect solution. One bowl, one plate, one spork. I use it for work, home, travel, AND camping. Very versatile, light, can hook up to the exterior of your backpack. Not quite for backpacking I think, more car camping for me. Cleans easily, very durable. The only con is that it stains a bit but I haven't tried a good soaking. Doesn't bother me much. It ain't a China set but it sure gets used daily! The plate is actually a great size! I don't find it too small but not ginormous either. Just enough to stuff you haha. Bowl is more on the small side I think. I serve myself twice sometimes. It's been three months of daily use and I can say it's a great sea to summit delta set so far!

Had a difficult time finding a plate this large, plastic and lightweight for hiking, but durable. Was very excited when this came in and I think it's worth the price tag. Good quality and lightweight at the same time.

I'm in love with the Delta collection - lightweight, very durable for van trips, camping, and can withstand getting tossed around or not being cleaned properly for days. The thumb handle is great; I'm right-handed and it's very comfortable, however I'm not sure how it'd feel for a lefty. We swear by these and use them half the time in our home kitchen, since it's hard to spill with the high sidewalls :)Note: The Protex hex design reduces surface temperature as stated, however when food's fresh off a cast iron griddle, I still need a cloth between the plate and my lap. The plates are easy to clean, though egg yolks really like to stick once they cool, so I recommend cleaning those after eating or soak a bit to wash quicker later.
