I have had this for literally a month and a few days and the propeller has already broken off… when you need your bilge to work don’t buy this one!!!

Works great for now. Installed this on my 19' boat and so far so good, but I question the durability of this bilge pump as it seems cheaply made and not as durable as other brands I've had such as the older Rule pumps.

There are only two places where water can get inside and into the motor. Though the impeller shaft or the cable boot and seal. When I opened it, lots of rusty water came out.

Bought this from a local vendor, tried it in a kid's pool through 5 feet of 3/4" i.d. vinyl hose. I was happy to see that this thing would pump water up a 2' rise and then fill a five gallon pail with water in about 30 seconds, on a 7ah battery that had been powering this pump for several minutes of warm-up.The manufacturer's rating of 800gph translates to about 13 gal/minute, and I suspect that this is meant to test without any load or rise. So I feel that my 10gpm experience is reasonable for a real-world installation. I wish I'd had this installed when I dumped my 17' sailboat over a few weeks ago, and that's why this is defenitely going on my boat.A very good deal for the money, compared with other name-brand pumps of the same gph rating.
