Birb loves it. He chills on it daily and I also purchased some plastic hooks to suspend it from the top of the cage so he can have a platform style chill spot. Seems pretty safe and helps him actively jump and climb around with ease. Fun little spot for him to play with his toys too! Good Color, Variety of sizes and the chewability?, rating is great!

So - if you’ve a bird you likely know they can be moody little brats- I like to get my guy new stuff on occasion to keep him busy with new stimulation. It took him a minute to warm up to this but he loves hopping around on it. It’s actually REALLY easy toInstall while also being sturdy which I really appreciated.

My parakeets love these! They love to tear them up and play on them. It is very good to keep them busy. I have bought like a dozen of them.

This play mat is awesome for them and they love it, the only thing was that it had a strong smell at first that they didn't like.

Best bang for the buck of any foraging toy I've bought for my 22 y.o. conure. Pumpkin is an only bird so I've bought countless toys to keep him happy. His beak is like a non-stop industrial strength shredder, but as he aged, he needed softer foraging. He loves these large seagrass mats. He destroys about two a week over the last few months (he prefers them at the bottom of his cage vice hanging). I appreciate that these unadorned mats are cheaper than others.

My cockatiel is 36, so he's definitely an old man, and he doesn't sit on perches well anymore, and seagrass mats are the most comfortable for him to grip with arthritic feet, and help prevent bumblefoot.I like this one because the gaps are slightly bigger, which lets me tuck treats into them, and encourage foraging to keep him engaged. No bad smells with this one- smells like grass! No chemical smells like the ones that come with unnecessary plastic toys. Will definitely be getting more of these for my old bird!
