The first one we got in did not want to turn on when we flipped it out, after playing with it we got it to come on but then next time we would have to fiddle with it to work, we ask for a replacement and the seller hopped right on it, we sent the old one back and they sent us a new one that works great, great customer support, better than most on here. Excellence above 5 stars. Love the product easy to use and clean, thanks again.

Reads nearly instantly and best of all, it can be calibrated for accuracy! The magnet body allows for “parking” it nearby on a steel surface for use.

This product works great for measuring temps in food or water. I have multiple and use them for multiple purposes. One I use for cooking and food preparation. The other I use to check my aquarium temperature and water temp when doing routine water changes. I have many tropical fish and shrimp so the water must be very accurate when doing routine water change. This thermometer flips open and instantly turns on. The LED is bright with large numbers so it's easy to read. Durability is good, zero problems even after getting wet. I would buy again

This is my third time buying these. The first time, I gave them to my cooks and when they left months later they took the thermometers with them. The second time, my maintenance director "stole" one (he needed to borrow it and liked it so much he kept it) and I accidentally dropped the other one in the fryer (yes, it's waterproof but not hot grease-proof!). Top quality thermometers. Spot on accuracy.

The thermometer has a light switch so not using up battery when not needed. Has reference numbers on body for general reading if users is inexperienced. Instant on.

So far when using this the temperature is accurate and the reading comes up extremely fast easy to use and a lifesaver when baking or cooking things on the grill
