Great sound from a USB mic.Plug and play ease of use.I have owned many XLR microphones and the sound is very close to much more expensive XLR mics, which is crazy through USB-C.I have a very deep voice and many mics have a hard time replicating it.For the price (I purchased on sale) its one of the best options for streamers and content creators.Having a mute button on mic as well as Gain adjustments and a headphone jack makes this thing top notch.

I have had this for over a year now and this thing is awesome! No it's not good for recording vocals like the SM7B and other super popular expensive microphones. But that's not what it's for! And the usb plug and play capability and the sounds quality for gaming, calls, and streaming is incredible especially for the price.

The recording quality of this microphone is fantastic. The microphone boom is very solid and almost too hard to adjust: it's very firm but that also means it never moves from where you position it.Here's the killer feature that many will overlook: I considered the Rode Podcaster, the Shure MV7 and a few other mics in this price range. They all come with some obnoxious software you have to install to adjust the settings of the microphone. That SUCKS! This is especially true if you ever plug this microphone into something that isn't a PC. I plugged it directly into a usb-c jack on a synthesizer and the mic worked perfectly. The input volume, mix, headphone monitor volume, and mute are all right there on the microphone whether I'm plugging into my synth or a laptop. I don't have to use some crappy software that'll inevitably go out of date one day and ruin an otherwise working piece of hardware.Bottom line: this microphone JUST WORKS. You don't install anything, it shows up as an input AND output in macOS and Windows. I plug my headphone directly into the mic and I can monitor my own voice or just use it to listen to audio and clean up my cords. I would buy this for these features even if the recording quality wasn't very good but thankfully it is fantastic to boot.Good job Sennheiser!!

Quite good quality mic with good pick up, picks up the sounds from a distance too, you don't have to speak with your mouth close to it; excellent for doing audio recordings; worth the money

これまで RODE Microphones NT-USB Mini を使用していましたが、Sennheiserから良い音質のデスクマイクが出されていることを知り 早速購入してみました。 評判通り カーディオイド・コンデンサー・カプセルを搭載のこのマイクは 音質が良く ノイズが殆ど乗らず クリアな音声が収録できます。音質はMKE600に近い感じで コンデンサーマイクとは言え マイクの近くで話すと ダイナミックマイクような音質で収音でき 相当音質は良いと感じました。 前面トグルスイッチは扱いやすく ミュートボタンも プチ音が入らず 良く出来ています。マイクボリュームも付いており入力音量の調整も手元でできます。 あと 音量レベルゲージが付いていたらホント最高でした。

This microphone is great, super fast and easy plug and play with everything you need on the microphone but the only thing is when using the ps5 you have to use the headphone audio jack because it keeps switching but maybe with some playing around in the settings you could fix that and i highly recommend a microphone arm if your in a loud environment then turn the mic volume down it blocks out tv noise and has a quick mute button so if your dad is yelling at your brother to do his work that has been due for 6 weeks and just starting on now non of your friends will hear it

Niestety firma Sennheiser ostatnio bardzo obniżyła jakość i wprost przyznaje, że jej tańsze sprzęty psują się bardzo szybko. Cóż - kapitalizm. Ale ten mikrofon nie jest tańszy, więc po pewnym czasie używania wszystko jest z nim ok.

As an audio engineer for 20+ years in the heyday of rock (80s-90s) I used Sennheiser in both the studio and live. They have a reputation as being 'delicate', but I found with reasonable care, they did well for years on the road. This mic was purchased for our podcast work and for the dozens of Zoom meetings I have each month. It set up fast, worked immediately, and has continued to function flawlessly now for months. It's a bit sensitive to 'body noise' so an isolation mount is really required (get on the stick here Sennheiser, I had to adapt an aftermarket mount. You should have one available!!) and I used the AT2020 mount from Youshares, which works well. Careful the mount you choose does not obstruct the knobs on the front of the mic, but otherwise any mount that accepts a 1.5" mic will work. Great mic for voice, and the arm is pretty nifty too!

What a great vocal mic! It integrates so seamlessly with Garage Band for iPad Pro - just plug in to your iPad and plug your headphones into the back of the mic. What I love most is the superior clarity (zero hiss) as well as the headphone volume/mic gain/and device level control that is at your fingertips. You can very easily dial in the perfect level right there on your microphone. Construction of mic is superb - solid metal and very well made. Well worth the price - I feel like I have received a great value. Will buy another soon, with plans to use it for a future podcast project. I feel like I have finally found the perfect mic for my needs!

When buying the boom arm, pop filter combo for $149 the boom arm is going to be super cheap. I don't have a large deck so the range is just fine. The only problem is that out of the box you will only get the 3ft USBC to USBC cable and will have to source a longer cable if you want to use the arm. If you are not far from your phone or laptop filming a video the 3ft cable it just fine.
