I purchased a pair of Sensen front struts from another website and within 6 months they had already failed. I called the website to cash in on the lifetime warranty and they referred me to the company. I spoke to someone at the company and they told me that they didn't have the struts in stock! Really?! So I said well how long until they become available? She then said unfortunately she didn't know and she could not help me any further. I said well what about the lifetime warranty because mine failed within 8 months. She then said she was sorry and there was nothing that they could do. Stay away from them!
