So I wasn’t sure about these until I tried them. They are super comfortable and keep everything in place. I mainly got them for the gym to try for running and keeping things from bouncing when I am active, and to prevent sweaty stickage. After a couple of weeks I feel that they do the job quite nicely.First the fit. I wear a 34 waist and usually alternate between medium and large in my brands. Medium fits quite well and doesn’t dig in my waist, and I like a bit of a snug fit for the gym. As far as some of these guys saying the hole is too small, I think they are just bragging. If you are average sized then I doubt you will have a problem. The boys are also cupped quite nicely and don’t pop out to one side or the other.As far as staying in place they do pretty well, but I’ve had a slippage a time or two at the gym. It’s usually when I am doing floor crunches or pulling my knees up a lot. My little man had a tendency to slip back through the hole once or twice, but it’s not frequent. My advice is to just bring your balls through as well and everything is held up front and kept in place more snug and no more slippage.Finally, if you aren’t bashful in a pair of nylon gym shorts then you’ll love these underwear. They will push everything out prominently, especially if you pull your balls through as well like I mentioned earlier. People might look at you and wonder if you have a half chub though, especially on the bench press. Going to the bathroom is no issue either, just flip the bottom up and pull it out. I went and ordered the 7 pack of cotton shorts as well so I can wear these every day. My only suggestion would be for them to make a smaller or less noticeable logo on the band. Similar to the 2Xist bar and, I just don’t always want people to know I am wearing “enhancers”.

*Update*: After email exchange with support (thank you Olivia), Separatec sent me the size L for try (thank you). It is a better fit than XL (for me). To take in count here, not all bodies are the same. In my case, the size L is the perfect fit.The idea came to me very often when I was very young. Some how, the under wares are something that we overlook in our daily life. We don't really give them much time or thoughts. It is just the same over and over. I was kind of surprised when first saw this on Amazon. I decided to give it a try... My pants size is 42. I ordered the XL size. Well, I'd say it is a bit larger than I expected. Will try to Large size and update this review.Again, the quality is very high! Very well done and special. Now to the wearing experience: Honestly, the first day was very very very bad! I was about to regret my purchase.... The second day things started to turn to he better side... Few days now and they became my favorites... I placed more orders since and wearing them every day... The idea is very good. It will guarantee good separation and perfect aeration. The separation will limit the skin to skin rubbing thus, provides very clean feeling. You would feel the wind breeze.Can't explain why or how... But it takes time to get used to them... Once there, you won't look back. That what happened to me.About customer service, maybe not the fastest responding (mostly caused by time zones) but the definitely the best and very friendly.

Never I was interested but I decided to try the dual pouches of the separate "pouches". the inner "pouch" isn't really a pouch at all, and the twins tend to move around too much. the outer pouch for Junior is open at the bottom (presumably to use as a fly) but the little man ends up sticking his head out often enough to cause chafing in my pants.they are fine for lounging around the house, Standing all day in the pharmacy and trying to readjust the outer pouches is so embarrassing to say the lest and even setting down the main idea of comfort is evaporated ,left with no chose stand up and master the art of adjusting the thingsit is only my opinion that the dual pouches at the very Good intensions is false advertising ,I have other English products which did not advertise it self as dual pouches Identical to the separate "Dual pouches products ,Material are excellent I give it 5 stars that is all
