Just don’t fit out bed

Product appeared fine until washed. Once washed the back of the product cracked, allowing leaks. We reported the issue and were sent a replacement which did the exact same thing after the first wash. We contacted Serta and were asked for information but were never contacted again after submitting everything that was asked for. We followed up and never heard back. This product does not do what it should. Don’t waste your money,

I love the fit and convenience of being able to machine wash it. It’s waterproof without the noise. It’s a great value for the money.

This mattress pad seems well made and it fit my queen size mattress with a 3" topper. I have not washed it yet, but I think it will be fine, based on the construction.
