Did not hold up. Within 2 months had to rebuild my trans due to not holding only first gear was strong after installation

Installed on a 03 GMC Yukon SLT. The item was exactly as described. Very easy to install. Several YouTube videos explain installation, be sure to watch them before installation. The top cap does have paint on the inside and edges. I removed it using a Dremel rotary tool and a sandpaper tip, wire brush attachment then hand sand to remove any roughness. Removing the paint took the longest time. The paint was removed because it caused the next piece in the servo assembly to bind with the cap. The truck shifts nicely now. It feels more aggressive when passing on the freeway. The price was right. I highly recommend this upgrade. One star was removed for unnecessary paint.

Used this corvette servo on my 2006 Silverado 2wd and absolutely love it.It was having the 2nd to 3rd gear flare and now my truck drives better then new. It shifts waaayy better . No more slip shifts .. shifts super strong and straight to the point no drag.I highly recommend and will be buying one for all my future 4l60e transmissions.Only con is there was paint on the inside of the top hat. That paint should not be there and has to be removed. I took mine off with paint thinner. Took a while but worked out.Also there is some o ring looking things that seem broken but they aren’t.

Waste of money. The pin and piston were binding to where the piston would get stuck without even being installed in the transmission. Ended up replacing the seals and o rings in my old one and using it instead.

Fit great on a 04 1500 2wd silverado hardest part was removing the corroded steel ring had to use a wire wheel, small chisel, several types of hooks and flatheads to get the old ring off. If you have corrosion on that ring like I did make sure you clean the ring Channel out before putting the new ring in. I stuffed the hole with a rag and removed all the corrosion. Clean out that area before installing the new servo. Shifts much sooner and stronger now. Hopefully it lasts.
