Very sturdy and they are heavier then I thought that would be. Nice edge on them as well. I've been using them for my embroidery and they've been perfect. The design on the handles doesn't hinder the grip in any capacity. These would make a great gift for any crafter in your life.

I was pleased to try these 'YOUGUOM Crafting Scissors, 5.3in Sharp Multipurpose Fabric Scissors with Sheath, Arts Sewing Quilting Office Home School Paper Cutting Shears, Rainbow Large Handles'.I do a lot of crafting and these type of scissors are invaluable. Along with the scissors, you get a nifty storage case. You just slip the pointy end into the case and fix the tab over one of the handles to keep in place. The actual scissors are very comfortable to use - there is plenty of room within the two oval finger and thumb holds and they are substantial enough not to rub when you are cutting. The length is about 13.5cm and the blade part 4cm. I am right handed and they work very well, although apparently these scissors are also suitable for left handed people. I like the rainbow toned finish - it is attractive, shiny and also very smooth to the touch. The blade part is stainless steel and is definitely sharp - it cuts through paper and thin card like a dream. It would also be good for embroidery and fabrics.These are my go to crafting scissors now and having a case for them, is great. The current price of £11.99 is fair, in my opinion, for the quality. These scissors are very pretty in their rainbow colours. They cut well and are nice to handle. They come with a dark green case to keep them. Nicely packaged, so they would make a good gift for a sewing enthusiast.
