This tool is great for poking the paper out of dies or poling holes in paper and the other end has a slanted flat area that can be useful for all kinds of stuff. It comes with a plastic cover for the sharp end which I recommend keeping on the tool when not in use as it is sharp. Really like it.

Some of these devices have a knurled end, little ridges on the sharp tip which holds the fabric better, this one does not. But when I use it it does what I want it to do.
