It has high impedance; current draws less than 18 milliamp to protect sensitive electronic sensors, microprocessors, electronic ignition components and air bags. Also includes Protect-A-Terminal, Probe adapter to prevent damage to electrical connectors. This device can be used as a standard, single lead circuit tester.

This is a great test light provide power or ground indication with the LEDs in the handle. Works great both inside and outside in the sunlight.

Very minimal use and it now only detects grounds and positives incorrectly. It classifies both as a ground.

This is awesome, I wish I would have bought it a LONG time ago. I can do tests without having to set the DVOM somewhere a hold leads usually using both hands. With this I can tell if voltage is present or if the connection is a part of the grounded circuit quickly with a visual indication of the light. Also this did come with a nice little spring wire that can be put onto the end of the probe to easily check the female side of pin connectors.I do have one complaint, the insulator that covers the clip handles is very loosely put on. This is only a slight inconvenience that I might be able to fix with some electrical tape.
