I really wanted a waist trainer because I've been having some back pains due to the way I sit and move. I was hoping this would help my issue and it actually gives me support. It is easy to put on and holds in place for a few hours. The sizing is on point and its great value for the money.

I ordered this to help with a recent back issue. I hoped the tightness would provide some support during the day and lessen the temporary pain I had in my lower back.I do believe the wrap helped with the support, but it's so thick and hefty that I found it uncomfortable to move while wearing it. There are several velcro pieces to keep it firmly in place, so it doesn't slip from it's grip. I felt this wasn't what I was looking for, but may be for those wanting it to work out in as that's a much less time you would be wearing it.

I am having a difficult time wearing this one. It is very strong with the elastic. Definitely does what it says going to the extreme. Going by the measurements I fall right in the middle of this.Having 3 parts to this i find is cool where i can adjust the strength at the top and at the bottom then the center for over all.What i did like about this is for a back support it covers more than just the lower section. Goes up to under the breast and depends how high actually put.Trying to slim i find it very effective. It squeezes the crap out of me and that is on a light setting if you say. Has plenty of ways to go or loosened.I can see this shrinking or slimming down to the range it says it will do. Definitely worth the money.Then why the 3 stars you ask? Well. It gets very hot. There is no air movement so the heat is retained. My others use mesh and stay cool when wearing. On the lower part the end will dig into my hip. Even on the lowest part and puts the squeeze on it feels like I'm going to pass out. I only can wear for a few hours. Will have to work up to more hours a day.Mostly will use this one on my days off and the others durring work time.

This waist trainer is just what I was looking for. It offers great support with 3 separate straps. It is super comfortable and keeps my back in check while I workout (I wear it for working out in lieu of a weight belt). It is functional as the three straps cover the basis for the abdominal area and lower pouch of my belly. Looks good while on and it is a good value for what I am using it for….train the waist while I train in the gym.

I ordered the SHAPSHE 3-Stage Waist Trainer in my normal size (XL) after confirming my measurements in the size chart. The trainer works as described in the Amazon listing. I like that I am able to adjust the 3 belts independently to provide targeted compression where I need it most. I am able to cinch my tummy for a much improved silhouette. The hook and loop (i.e., Velcro) on the belts is strong and stays put. This body shaper functions very well as a waist trainer, but I am not yet certain whether I will wear it under clothing. It seems fine under relatively loose clothing, but what's the point of that? I definitely need more practice for optimum results. The trainer is well made, and I expect it to be durable.
