Besides the excellent performance of this espresso maker in doing what it was designed to do, it is a work of art sitting on our kitchen counter! It is very well made and I'm sure that we will get many years of use from this unit. Highly recommended, especially for Amazon's low listed selling price.

I am new to using an espresso machine so my learning curve is steep. I was able to make a latte on my first try but I did not have the amount of espresso correct. I recommend getting a small digital scale to accurately weigh your beans and ground espresso. The steaming wand worked very well and made great steamed milk with a good foam on top. I did purchase a stainless steel milk pitcher for frothing the milk. I also purchased a heavier metal tamper as I think the plastic one that comes with the machine is not giving a good solid tamping of the espresso. I will need to continue experimenting to get the results dialed in.

This is a nice little espresso machine with a milk frother steam wand. You can adjust the temperature. This can make a latte or cappuccino. I would recommend you get your own coffee bean grinder because it’s very important to get the right grind consistency for an espresso machine to work well. A machine like this would suffice for most households. You don’t need to get anything bigger or more expensive. This makes a delicious cup of coffee.

I don’t know how to work this thing (my partner set it up) but it made some Dam good Espresso! It looks real pretty and sophisticated on the kitchen counter and advanced on the menu options. We also have a larger espresso machine my family uses and it cost 3 times more has the exact same attachments and tank size and yet this Shardor has the same features it does and made the coffee faster 🤨So…in a nutshell. Good price, beautiful product and makes great coffee! Recommended.

This is a great little beginner machine, especially if you have no experience before brewing espresso. The small size is also great if you are limited on space like we are.The machine heats up and pressurizes very quickly and brews pretty great espresso. The extraction time when there are actually coffee grounds in the machine needed some tuning which was pretty easy and then the machine remembers it forever. It brews espresso shots with excellent crema and I actually find it quicker and easier to brew espresso with this machine than my usual method of using a french press.Assembly was very easy, so is filling the reservoir. Setup was a breeze and operation is effortless. The milk frothing leaves some to be desired but I will continue to experiment with differnt milks and techniques before I say it's the brother and not my inexperience. Even with that minor drawback this is still a great super convenient machine for the money that brews really great espresso. Now I don't feel like I'm missing out from coffee shop offerings.I just wish it had a somewhat larger capacity to do a quad shot, but that might be asking too much from something this size, lol.

Cleaned the machine per instructions before first use then brewed a cup of coffee had a metallic aftertaste. I bought some cleaner liquid and cleaned the machine twice still had the same aftertaste. Returning it and buying from a different seller.

This home espresso machine is very good choice for beginners! It’s incredibly easy to use and perfect for anyone new to espresso-making. The price is very reasonable for starters, and while the quality of your coffee beans will impact the taste, it consistently produces rich, flavorful espresso shots. I’ve been making lattes with it, and the milk frother works perfectly every time. Adding flavored syrups creates delicious café-style drinks at home. Highly recommend for its simplicity and value

This is by no means a high end espresso maker, however it's easy to use and produces decent results for the price.The reservoir is HUGE. I only had to fill it once a week making 1-2 doubleshots a day. I liked that apart quite a bit. It comes with 2 sized inserts for the portafin - single and double shot. It's recommended you only use the double shot with 13-15g of espresso. I used this with Cafe Bustelo and it produced a very rich espresso with 20% crema at the top. It's consistent every time so long as you tamp it correctly. We used a scale that's accurate down to 3 decimals to ge tthe right amount in each time.The temperature is nice, but you do need to run 1 or 2 empty loads to get the metal warmed up or you'll get a luke warm espresso.Overall it's very easy to use - the touch screen does what it's supposed to. The milk frothing is OK - make sure to let it eject the water at first since it's not steamed yet. Otherwise it's perfectly acceptable to make milk froth with the correct container. It warms up in
