For anyone needing to remove mortor, buy this. It saved me a ton of time and works great. It is not super fast bit does the job.

Works great for removing mortar from bricks so as to tuck point. Does a real fine job. I got the longer one to remove old mortar from stones and to reach deeper than this stubby bit. Bit are outstanding additions to my mortar rework tool kit.

I needed to re-motar/tuck point the brick on the south side of the house. I used these bits to remove the old mortar from the horizontal joints and the bits worked real well. I could get an hour of work done before I needed to change bits. I tried another style but found it harder to control as it was too aggressive. I did this 4 x12 foot section with two bits. I was so pleased with the performance I purchased 4 more bits to continue working.

I had to take down a brick wall and I used this bit in the corners to notch the brick out so the new brick coukd be laid and it did a great job. It took two to do it but definitely worth it

This worked well for my needs. I had a hole in my concrete wall that needed to be slightly enlarged for the dryer vent. I use this on the inside and outside to enlarge the hole. It held up well. I would recommend trying to isolate an area as it gets really dusty. I use it with an angle grinder.

These work great! Only reason for the four stars is that I wish they lasted longer, I get about 10 min use out of one bit. I'm 20 bits in and only half way done.
