I bought these for my fiancé but I’m glad I got a second one because I’m keeping it! These are well made and I can’t wait to learn with them. High quality materials and a lovely personal note included.

I just got the sling in today and I'm as happy as can be. I originally picked it because the price was reasonable, but, now that I've got it in hand, the quality is top notch. Good leather, excellent cordage, built to last. If you want a good sling, this is it. I will be practicing with it and it's going into my camping gear. It will be a great tool for killing time by slinging some stones, or a means of self defense while out in the woods. You can fit it in a pocket and you can find small stones nearly everywhere.10 / 10

The leather tab at the end of the sling will tear off if you decide to max out the throws with this sling. Starting out: 20-44 yard range. With experience: easily 250+ yards.Medium: palm sized rocks that fit inside the pouch.Best: flat-ish / round bottom that taper towards the top rocks that fit snug in the pouch.Technique: one rotation around and 3 steps toward your target will yield the best results. Don’t “lasso” it. You don’t gain more power by rotating it over your head like a helicopter.I sling rocks at the ocean I live near. Rocks make up the beach shore so there’s no shortage of “ammo”.It’s also a GREAT obliques workout.Be sure to throw right and left-handed so you don’t get all lopsided. It takes a good 4-7 sessions to get used to throwing well. Make sure no one is around you. You may lose projectiles 360-degrees around you until you get used to the inertia & forces involved. So no houses around either.Be careful! This is a weapon!!! Treat it as such. A rock to the head can kill someone or something. So be careful where you chuck rocks.

A simplistic but quality sling. It has a leather cache for whatever ammunition you decide to use, be it rocks, eggs or pinecones. Made with durable, high quality paracord. The finger loop and the release (not sure what its called lol) are both made of good quality leather. Definitely takes some practicing to get good at it. For now though I’m better at throwing rocks than slinging them. Great purchase though. It’s very fun to use and it’s also good for being a show off to your friends!
