Great motorcycle shoes. Look great and comfortable. This is my second pair, first pair lasted 3 years of heavy use. I wear a 10 and my first pair fit a little too snug, second pair ordered 10.5 and they fit perfectly.

Purchased these as I wanted an alternative to a riding boot. These fit great and provide fantastic ankle protection. Stylish enough to wear even the days you aren't riding. I just wish the offered an 11 1/2, the 12 was a bit big but swapping out the midsole made a huge impact and makes the shoe even more comfortable.

Just bought these, perfect fit, am size 12 and these 12s just right, superb design, completely protective, supreme comfort, thanks to the innovators responsible for these motorcycle shoes, looking for so long for something approaching these but always came up against standard inflexible motorcycle boots, that take an age to put on/take off. These go on so easily. Also grip is excellent, wheras on my rst boots had major scare with slightly wet ground acting like a skating rink. Also can wear as normal shoes. Very pleased. Will buy 2nd pair different colour for variety 😃Have worn now in pouring rain for hours, no water ingress.Update: After 6 month motorbike use, (3000 miles) they are failing on the bottom in a few places, probably where I slide my feet on the road sometimes (heavy bike).Considering whether worth getting another pair or going getting shoes with some really substantial and grippy soles that will last longer.

A good shoe that fit well and doesn't look to big for the size 14 I got and it is comfortable but like any boot or shoes it it will need to be broken in.

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A MOTORCYCLE SHOE LIKE THIS FOREVER!Just a heads up, I'm not often to review items unless my mind is blown away by a great product. But, considering my highly annoying level of particularness and my OCD about ANYTHING motorcycle gear wise, as well as the ridiculous amount of researching conducted prior to purchasing everything, I really felt obligated to do so! Especially knowing the biker community is, and should be, very picky about their riding gear! So take this nerdy level of pickiness from a man who's own sexy wife makes fun of him for taking WAAAAY too long when shopping for ANYTHING motorcycles, for what it is! Hahahaha!I ordered nearly a dozen (literally) motorcycle shoes and or boots looking for something this comfortable, protective and cool looking for months without success, until now! Like a lot of other riders, I've always preferred the classic, smooth character and comfort of riding in my Converse and Vans. However, after years of riding Harley Davidsons, I recently purchased my 1st sport/naked bike in years (2021 Honda CB650R) and I knew I needed to upgrade to a safer more protective riding shoe for higher speeds and more aggressive leaning etc.. I tried several of the most trendy name brands like the Dainese & Alpinestars amongst others, wanting to fit in and look super cool (go ahead and judge me now:), but the levels of protection from those "high end brands" were no where close to this Shima's shoe (also a well respected name brand).A few notes about my riding, in case that helps you compare to your own riding amount, environment and conditions etc..MY CURRENT RIDING CONDITIONS: I live in central Richmond area of the state of Virginia on America's east coast. Temperatures can easily reach the mid - high 90's(F) with a heat index over 100 during the summer, and these shoes still stay ALMOST as cool as my Converse, breathing nicely with good enough air flow while still maintaining higher end protection, even with all this leather. The winter months can easily get below freezing, but personally, I only ride as low as the mid 50's(F), but my feet still remain warm and comfortable enough with these temperatures as well. I ride about 2-3 times a week, both around town as well as weekend getaway trips of 2-3 days and a few hundred miles each time, for hours and hours at a time each day. They stay very very comfortable throughout.PROTECTION NOTES: These Shima's provide ALL FOUR different points of protection, including the ankle cups, reinforced toe and heel areas, as well as the shank plate in the soul of the shoe, AND YET THEY ARE NEARLY HALF THE PRICE of the other "name brands"! They also had a high amount of premium real leather intertwined with the VERY breathable perforated real suede leather, pretty much the entire shoe is leather / suede. The shoes rises up the perfect length up the ankle area to ensure proper protection to that area, without being to high to cause over heating and sweating too far up the leg. The shoe laces also seem pretty durable after a few months of use, with no end in sight as of yet. To compare this Shima to the more "BOOT" type shoes that I tried, I noticed that all of the boots that offered this same level of 4 point protection were soooo big that I couldn't fit the toe of the boot underneath the gear shifter very easily at all, which was very annoying and obviously very unsafe when riding, especially when needing quicker responses and reactions on the bike in traffic and through the "twisties". This sneaker is quick and super user friendly. All of the other sneaker styled shoes I tried felt fine, but only provided half the level of actual protection in the required areas, and were literally TWICE the price! (And please, go ahead and look them up, you'll see) LAAAAAAAAME!STYLE AND COMFORT NOTES: I really really dig the style. The have a very attractive blend of chill sneaker with a little "tough edge" to them, as if a hybrid type motorcycle boot as well. I really like the "faded / scuffed" look on the souls, which also keeps them from needing a scrub down every time I ride, kind of an "old school" look if you know what I mean. They look great with both my summer "airflow jacket", as well as my cooler weather old school leather "cafe racer" styled jacket. Personally, I only ride in jeans but they look badass with any style jeans that I wear, slim fit or boot cut etc... The Shima's also has a sexy looking shifting / gear changing pad on top of the toe, and to my delight, it hasn't shown any wear or tear after already putting around 1500 miles on the shoe, so definitely a durable leather. (However, my Honda CB650R comes with a rubber wrapped gear shifter, so maybe keep that in mind?) They arrived new and a touch tight, which is exactly what they should feel like when seeking great foot protection, and they broke-in nicely after a few rides, now feeling even more comfortable as they settle in around my specific foot shape. The ankle area has a very usable pulling strap that I really appreciate (I noticed a few other reviews stated that this strap has either torn off or partially ripped, but just use your head people and loosen the laces more when putting on and pulling off the shoe, DUH:) The bottom of the soul has also yet to show any wear and tear, and has great traction on my pegs, and when stopping and standing on the bike. (I try not to ride in any rain so I cannot completely confirm their wet weather riding grip, but would appear to grip as needed)KEY NOTE: This shoe is more than comfortable enough to walk around in for hours after parking the bike, whether at a bike show or gathering for breakfast before a ride, or to keep on for the day after riding to the office, it stays comfortable and doesn't cramp up on me at all. It also has a removable insole for machine washing, or easy replacing for a memory foam type insole, if desired.FIT: I'm a slim build @ 150lbs., with a height of 5'8" and I have a slightly "on the smaller sized shape" American size 9, and ordered the Euro sized 41 to be a bit on the snug side, and it fit as expected, and as mentioned above, it quickly broke-in perfectly. So, order accordingly and if the it doesn't fit your feet specifically as hoped, then try again, it's worth it in my opinion!OVERALL THOUGHTS: Honestly, it's just a really badass, comfortable and very PROTECTIVE shoe/sneaker/boot that is extremely user friendly with a high level of 4 point location protection, at nearly half the price of the others that only offer half this level of protection and not with this amount of real leather. It looks really good with whatever you are wearing, (just like the Converse and Vans) and receives multiple complements every time I ride to meets etc... I hope to get several years of riding out of this shoe at my current pace of riding, and I will definitely re-order it again, when the time comes for a replacement pair.Well done Shima,Joseph

Like heavy duty high top sneakers, water repellent enough for light rain. They have 0 crush resistance in the sole (I just bought carbon fiber insoles) but the rest of them are built tough and stout. I took about 10" out of laces because they are way to long. These are perfect for casual riding and comfortable walking. I bought a pair of TCX Ikasu wp for more high speed / longer ride stuff but these Shima's are more comfortable. I wish they came in white/ black too, I'd buy a 2nd pair.SHIMA, PLEASE GUSSET THE TONGUE!!!

tolle Schuhe, stylisch und gut verarbeitet. Bei der Größe lieber eine Nummer größer kaufen. Hatte ich auch gemacht nachdem ich die anderen Bewertungen gelesen habe.

Bought these for my husband - he loves them! He says they are a good quality, thicker more supportive boot. He uses them for everyday and also when he rides his motorcycle. I actually bought him 2 pairs (black and brown). My frustration is that the top plastic eyelet for the laces has come out on one boot and the other 3 of them (on the brown pair) appear to be wearing their way out as well - and he hasn’t had the boots for maybe a month. I believe there is a warranty on the boots from the manufacture- but irritated that it will be a long process to get this taken care of due to the manufacture being in Italy. Also my husband threw away the box and paperwork for the shoes.. so it’s going to be a hassle to have them replaced. Aside from returning them to Amazon. Just a bummer.

Great riding shoe. These are very stiff like a new leather combat boot right out of the box, but are really comfortable when broken in. they have held up really well. They breath well. the sole is very flat. The only draw back is the sole is a little on the soft side, and is very susceptible to heat keep away from the exhaust pipe (not really a fault just someting to be aware of).I used a measuring tape that can be down loaded from SIDI. the sizing was right on.I'm going to buy a second pair to put away for when I need to replace my current pair.
