Chega em embalagem plástica, padrão Shimano no brasil para itens básicos. Nem a Toyota respeita nosso povo, imagina a fabricante de carretilha de pesca.

I've used these Shimano cassettes for years. The HG-41 is the top model 7 speed. They last thousands of miles as long as you replace your chain regularly. I also use an HG-51 8 speed on my 1997 Trek 830 with aftermarket rims. Why is the 11 tooth sprocket, and retaining ring black? Not a big deal, just odd. I purchased mine as a return for half the price of new. Great product for older bikes, and they always shift smooth!

First of all , these packages were opened and loosely packed in the boxes, definitely were sent back before and then just threw together and sent to me.Both packages were missing a gear on one and a crucial part (spacer) on the other .How do you send a 7 speed sprocket with only five gears ( see detailed pictures)? Also they were supposed to be 2 of the same parts , not even close to the correct useable replacement sprocket I need .Not wasting my time and money ordering replacement's . i learned and will go to my local bike shop probably pay a little more , but will get a complete replacement kit, with 7 gears and all required spacers…Do better Shimano

The packaging as shipped looks like it was part of a large volume purchase, not like the individual boxed units I picked up at a local bike shop. The bike is back with crisp shifts across all 7 gears.

Arrived and installed as expected. I set this hub on an 11 speed hub and just 3D printed a spacer to accommodate for gap. After looking online for what the thickness of the spacer should be, I landed on a 6.35mm spacer with a 35 mm internal diameter printed on my Prusa. I added a few teeth on it but I imagine you could do without those and be fine. The lock ring screwed on perfectly with it and just needed to adjust the derailleur.

Good bang for the buck !Seems to be of a comparable quality as the Shimano high grade type.

This is the second of this exact cassette that I have purchased for my bicycle in about 13 months. It works great, but it is not build for hard riding. I ride year round in all weather (temp >100°F down to -11°F, rain, snow, and everything in between), and I only use the two hardest gears (my commute only has slight hills). The two sprockets I use are separate from the remaining 5 sprockets of the cassette and so they broke off, causing me to need to purchase this second set.

Purchased to replace an old/worn like-geared (7-speed 11-28T) IG31 Hyperglide-C cassette on a mid-90's Trek MTB. This unit is a simple, drop-in, 5-minute replacement that requires no other modifications (aside from a little post-install shifter adjustment of course). Paired it with an HG70 chain to replace the also-worn original IG30.The new cassette works perfectly. Pedaling is now a bit smoother. Shifting is now much smoother, quicker, and more accurate. Also, there's no longer a tendency for the chain to want to hop sprockets under load (never could get that adjusted out with the old cassette/chain after a while).About the only negative is that Shimano doesn't make it very easy to determine the proper replacements for discontinued parts.

Excellent cassette for my mid-90s Trek MultiTrack hybrid bike. I ride city streets nearly every day, and I let my chain get too stretched. I replaced the chain and immediately regretted it, because the new chain jumped off the sprockets of my three favorite rear gears--always at the least opportune times.I bought this cassette and dropped it in where the old one was, and with a slight adjustment of the derailleur, I was back in action with a fully-funcional bike. Super easy DIY repair if you have a cassette-pulling tool and about 15 minutes to get it all set up after.
