I bought this chain for my Giant Stance 2 after the old one had rusted out, and it’s been a great upgrade! The chain fit perfectly, no adjustments needed, and I was able to get back on the trails in no time.What I really appreciate is how quiet it runs. The noise level is low, even when I’m pushing hard on technical mountain trails. It’s also been really durable—no signs of wear or issues, even with all the bumps and jarring from mountain riding.For the price, this chain has been a fantastic upgrade. It’s reliable, quiet, and tough enough to handle the demands of mountain biking. Definitely recommend it if you need a solid replacement chain!

This chain was only 116 links. The M8 100 comes with 138 links. This one was only 116 links and if you have an EMTB it's not enough to do the job. The chain seem like it was used on arrival. I put it under a magnifying glass and it didn't look new. I needed it in a pinch but I will never buy anything from these people again. When I first looked at the description I seen 138 and assumed it was 138 links as a standard m8100 chain would be. But this was not the case it was 116 links.

1) This was advertised as shipping in one day. That did not happen. It came in two days.2) Seems like a regular Shimano XT chain, which is good. I don’t know why it’s advertised as grey, it appears to be the normal shiny / chrome like finish, which looks good. Went on the bike easily after taking 2 links off (to fit my particular bike setup).

Make sure you get the right length, the standard is 126L, but the one I got was 116L. Lucky it was OK, but in many cases it woudln't work.

My original chain did not show any stretch, but after a few cleaning/ lube cycles and close to 4000 miles it was a little noisy. Installation was easy, and it is silent and smooth as butter.

There are so many fake Shimano products on the internet. Fortunately this chain seems to be real.It’s hard to beat XT quality in chains. Smooth shifting, strong, and overall pretty quiet with s little maintenace. Master link makes for an easy install. Always suggest having an extra master link on hand.

I had previously purchased a XT chain. Which broke shortly after. Purchased another one. Has been fine for several months. I think the first chain was a knockoff. Unfortunately I had already tossed the box. There is actually a YouTube video for how to identify them. But you will not know until it arrives. I would not go by the product picture with the description.
