I like Shimano BBs as they're the stone axe of BBs. Last a long time, sealed relatively well.No, they don't spin like ceramic or have metal cups but installed correctly, you won't have to think about it for awhile.

Perfect fit for my Trek mountain bike. Old bearings were spec’d at BB91 - 41 mm and these were exactly the same size. The old beating had a 2.5 mm spacer in the crank side. Not sure what its purpose is but I installed the new spacer in the same location.

The price is good and the product is a quality genuine Shimano part. However, the inner shell is not compatible with road frames, so the BB92 needs to be removed from title. I will reuse the inner protective cover from the BB I am replacing . However, if you need the inner cover for a road frame and don't already have one, it will not work. This is an MTB BB so the cover is too wide for road use. This is NOT a BB92. 3 stars due to inaccurate description, not a reflection of the product.
