Just FYI, these are wider diameter than what I believe industry standards for road wheel hubs to be. Maybe it's just an error on my part, but wanted people to be aware. -1 star because the listing is not very clear. Otherwise, the skewer seemed great - lightweight, sturdy, good finish, efficient/recyclable packaging...

I needed to replace a front skewer on my Colnago Lux Dream as the sending unit on my Mavic skewer had gone bad. I studied numerous offerings of cheaper and more expensive units. Most all came in front and rear pairs and I did not need both. Plus many reviews of other items indicated breakage or lack of holding ability. But what can go wrong with a Shimano Ultegra? It arrived Thursday evening, installed it that night and rode 62 faultless miles on Friday and Saturday.

Shimano Ultegra 6800 QR skewer (100mm spacing, 133mm overall length) fit perfectly on the front wheel of my 2020 Cannondale Trail 6 mountain bike. It is a more secure replacement for the original lower quality Shimano skewer on which the end screw-cap fell apart after a few months of riding. I’m very happy with this replacement skewer from 365 Cycles.
