Fitted on two bikes. Should be replacement for any 8-speed. Use Shimano GS cage derailleur.

Ottima cassetta, ho sostituito un 8v 32-12. Sulla mia bici non ho avuto bisogno di installare un estensore per il deragliatore, ma a seconda della conformazione del telaio potrebbe essercene bisogno.

他に安い物も有りましたが、ブランド重視でシマノにしました。バイクの標準は11−34ですが、坂道でもう少し軽いギアが欲しくてこちらの製品を選びました。ＲデイレイラーはシマノRD-TX800でほとんど調整無しでセット出来ました。気持ちよく変速出来、乗るのが楽しくなりました。シマノで間違いないです。

Habe einige Kinderräder (20 Zoll) damit ausgerüstet. Wenn man dazu noch eine Schaltaugenverlängerung montiert, kommt man mit der alten Schaltung und meist auch mit der alten Kette aus. Um ca. 30,0 Euro hat man somit ein super Upgrade für Kinderäder. Mit den 40 Zähnen kommen Kinder schon oerdentlich steile Wege hinaus. 8 Gänge genügen vollauf. Ich bin 10% zufrieden!

I wanted to replace my 11-32T with an 11-40T to make climbing higher gradients easier. The installation was quick and easy. I replaced my rear derailleur with a Shimano Acera RD-M3020-SGS 8 Speed, Long Cage to accommodate the larger cog. After nearly 100 miles, I like how the cassette has performed, particularly when climbing.

This cassette might be just the ticket for a recreational cyclist living in a hilly area. An enthusiast living in a hilly area may find the big cadence jumps tolerable on a backup bike. This cassette would be a complete bust for anyone living in a flatter region as they would frequently feel unable to find a comfortable cadence.I tried it out of sheer curiosity on a backup bike that I had converted from 3x to 1x. I ended up reinstalling my 11-30 cassette and relegating said bike to rides with few or short climbs. Grinding such climbs is actually a good opportunity to add variety to my cycling diet as well as to max my heart rate. For long rides with lots of big climbs, however, I’ll go to my 1x11 40T/11-42T.

well made cassette For My E-bike . It is not light weight but that to Me means it will last. Built like a tank with big solid rivets . Works well with the SHIMANO ACERA M3020-8 and Shimano 8 speed shifter Took My GT agressor Pro from a 3x8 to a 1x8 with all the range I will ever need .Using a Lekkie bling ring 46t and My chain line is perfect and I have to do less shifting with My BBHD motor So impressed that I am buying spares to squirrel away and at this price seems wise .

So I built my own ebike for hunting, I bought this for a taller first gear. Once I got the right tool for the cassette swap it was pretty easy. Now I can climb steep hills and it’s smooth as butter!
