Have a few issues, number one can't reach the customer support website indicated.Ignition for flame won't stay lit, glass is blackened while trying yo lit it. Couple of screws are missing, If you get it to stay lit any movement of someone walking by shuts it off.Help me please someone.

I was initially worried that the smaller size might not provide enough warmth, but it exceeded my expectations! Once it’s on, the warmth spreads quickly, and the flames are nice and even. We love lighting it up in the evenings, sipping tea, and enjoying the night sky. Simple and stylish, plus it’s super easy to maintain!
