- Question：Would this product work with a pistol?
- Answer：Not recommended for pistols. This large shooting rest bag will be too long for its barrel.
- Question：About how tall is the bag when a rifle is resting on it?
- Answer：The height from bench to bottom of notch is 4.5". Then add the thickness of your forestock. Depending on your rifle, chances are it will not sink all the way to the bottom of the notch. So maybe....4.5" + 0.5" + 1" forestock = 6 " from bench to rifle barrel.
- Question：What filler is recommended?
- Answer: Sand，plastic pellets, cat litter, dry silica sand, ect. Many customers like the crushed corn cob or crushed walnut. Maybe you need to protect them fillers against insects and moisture if you use these two filler. And make sure to seal the velcro inside the opening. It will prevent the minor dust seepage.
- Question：How many pounds of filler is needed to full the rest?
- Answer: I used about 15 pounds of sand.

- Answer: It really isn't designed for a car window.
- Question：Is the bag's fill sand?
- Answer：It is unfilled. You have to fill It yourself.
- Question：How is the opening where you fill the "bag" closed?
- Answer：Just shut the velcro on the opening, then fold it and tuck it under a strip of nylon webbing.
- Question：Can the material be sprayed with water repellant before and after filling?
- Answer：This bag is made of speccial cloth which is waterproof. If you like, you can spray its outer.

Heavy materials with good stitching. Kinda hard to fill from small funnel, but no more than other similar brands. Should last a very long time.
