I replaced this bulb. It works well. My only reservation is that the bulb should have a darker glow, more in the color of ultraviolet. I have another mosquito lamp that has a light that is barely visible at night and invisible during the day and this lamp attracts more mosquitoes in their suicidal flight. It seems that there are lamps and lamps.

Was skeptical at first due to some reviews but so far, it's been working great and the fact that it came with 2 means when the one I just put in burns out I have a spare on hand right away. We live in the mountains with a creek in our backyard plus out our front yard is a field of horses and bulls, so we have a TON of bugs that get in the house every time you open the door, so a zapper is a necessary lifesaver for us.

We recently started noticing more bugs in the house and we realized that our previous light (although was on) was not as bright and likely was not doing a good job at killing the bugs. After the looking I found this light and it was has working great! It is brighter and does a great job at eliminating the bugs inside our house! This was a pretty good deal for two lights. Let's see how long these lights last.

Could be worst light bulb ever. Put it in and barely lit up and only lasted two days! Good thing I ordered the two pack….although the second one is no brighter. I am sure it will be burned out in 2-3 days too. Don’t waste your money on these bulbs. I would return them, but I threw the box away.

The bug zapper is a good product. I have 2 others. This one arrived with most of the interior parts loose and not working. When I began to ‘tighten things up’ parts came apart and broke. Now it can not be returned and the problem is my fault. I’ve ordered replacement parts to see if I can figure out how to make it usable.
